Been there, and sometimes feel like I'm still there. Sometimes, you just need to take a step back, and remember that there's more to life than zombies and hunkering down in the bunker.
Instead of going home from work last night, I went to the market and stood smelling the herbs, especially the basil... I felt like new life was infusing me... The aromatherapy of living things...
